Excellent location close to the center of Florence and one of the main train stations. Despite that, not very noisy either! Eleonora was very friendly and helped us swiftly whenever we had a question or even needed to book a taxi.

La ubicación es excelente. Las fotos se corresponden con la realidad.
Hay muchas escaleras estrechas para llegar hasta la habitación, pero es algo que se menciona en todo momento.

Excellent location - only 5 min walk from the train station. The room was clean, there was sink and the fridge in the room. Checkin process was contactless but easy with clear instruction. Very kind host who even reserved a cab to the airport. Highly recommend!
Narrow stairs without elevator. It will be bit problematic if you have large/many suitcases. Also you might hear noise from the street during the night.
