The host was very communicative answered our questions promptly and gave good instructions on how to get there and get in. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The place was very clean. We did not need a car for the first couple of days as everything is in walking distance. There is a coffee stand less than five minutes walk, a lovely supermarket and a bagel shop that does amazing breakfast bagels all within a ten minute walk. Downtown for museums, shopping and food is only about 10-15 minutes walk.
This was not an issue for us but for others staying they may need to consider that it is up a couple of flights of stairs. There is not much of an outside area to socialise but it was so hot, it was nice to be inside with the air conditioner!

great location, 2 blocks from food trucks and coffee, 8 minutes walk to downtown. Good and easy parking with one designated off-street spot. AC in main room and big bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Smooth check in process.
We couldn't get the coffee machine to work.

Not a B&B so no breakfast
Location was great. A short walk to places nearby where there are many good restaurants to eat - especially Jam, Cateye Cafe and Wild Crumb.
Leaking in the bathroom from sink and possibly shower. Called number given to report this on our way out to dinner on the last night, left message but never heard back.
