We had a great time and our time there was adequate. Hawaii is just an expense place to go to.

Kitchen had everything you needed......except coffee filters. I left some behind. Having some lawn chairs available was a nice bonus.

The fact that the safe did not work and the hotel could not fix it was a bit concerning. A couple of the cabinet doors could use some repair. Parking our rental car was also a problem but that's the way it goes downtown.

location was great, dissapointed with the bathroom, needs an upgrade, not much space for 4 people

Exceptional

perfect location to be walking distance from the beach and a lot of great shops and restaurants in Waikiki while also being easy to exit and return to when going out to explore Oahu. I didn’t realize how great the location was until we stayed another night at a hotel on the other side of Waikiki. Also, the valets were super fast!

Comfort and value all in one package!

The location is just at the end of the Waikiki strip and about 2-3 blocks from all the major shopping and eating areas, if you’re parking a car they will charge for overnight valet but there is street parking available (watch the signs!). Great to also have a kitchenette but the refrigerator is a mini one. Wifi was fast, helpful if you need to do any work or streaming. Also liked the fitness facilities were in a bright area. Check in instructions were great.

The bathroom shower is built for disabled access which is great but if you’re not careful you’ll get water spraying everywhere. Overall facilities were clean and maintained, just a bit dated. It wasn’t clear to me exactly that you can’t participate in any hotel activities as this is a private unit so we discovered any receptions or other hotel-related activities aren’t available for the stay. Also we were initially told that we couldn’t check in early when our flight arrived and also would not be able to leave any luggage with the front desk due to this being a private unit, so we rented a car. Turned out the unit became available much earlier and we didn’t need to rent the car. Understand this might be out of the management’s control but be warned/prepared that the room might not be available upon arrival.

excellent place to stay

great location, within walking distance to main Waikiki. the kitchenette had everything that you needed. the bed was very comfortable and the view from balcony overlooking the park and could see the ocean.

The floor/ceiling is thin so heard upstairs moving chairs when tenanted. The front desk were no help as unit is privately rented.
