- good location close to the central Kalākaua Ave and Fort DeRussy Beach
- friendly staff always happy to help
- grocery store in the hotel's building
- nice pool with a separate section for children (where you can get shaved ice), sauna and bar in the hotel
- a lot of complimentary activities offered by the hotel itself
- cleaning timing was a bit off. If you want anything do be done such as changing sheets or replenishing bathroom accessories, you should be letting the staff know separately at the reception
- breakfast lounge definitely had not enough space. 8-10 tables are not enough for all the visitors. The breakfast itself wasn't various - only around 4 main warm dishes to choose from
- the room soundproofing left much to be desired. You can hear people passing by your room every single time

Super comfortable beds, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Having a pool was a super nice addition and inclusive coffee in the mornings. Everything was very clean and comfortable

Loved the location and value
I did t like the room layout. The king bed was placed in an awkward position. It’s facing towards the balcony making it difficult to watch tv. Additionally, there weren’t any side table or lamp next to the bed where you can put your phone on. The electric sockets are so far from the bed, so you can’t charge your phone while in bed. You would have to get up and charge your phone. They really need to switch how the bed is positioned. It’s not practical or functional.

Super nice staff, good location
AC in the rooms was old and bit smelly: breakfast was really messy as there no free place to sit, dirty plates everywhere and they ran out of coffee at 8 AM.... (how??), its not worth it. Valet service was average as only one person is handling it...
