Loved our stay here! They provided shell leis upon arrival, staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained the extras they have, for example wine and cheese party on certain days, washer and dryers, lei making on special days, quick to respond to extras for the room. Pool area was small but clean. They give you towel cards to get towels to take to the beach. The view from our room was amazing! We had 2 balconies and both were furnished, one side overlooked the city and the other at the ocean. We had the 1 bedroom suite ocean view. The kitchen had a large window and sliding glass door that looked out to the ocean. Full kitchen available with filtered water and ice cubes! Coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher, microwave. Oven and stove! Big room, bathroom was also large with a full closet and drawers. They even had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion all great quality and large bottles im the shower attached for your use! Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again

Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again. The hotel is in a great location, close to the action in Waikīkī and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and attractions. We appreciated that hot coffee and cold water were always available in the lobby, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the elevators were fast and efficient. During our stay, the hotel also hosted a complimentary wine and cheese event with a hula dancer, which was a nice touch.
There were a few downsides: The rooms are somewhat dated and could use some refreshing. Also, housekeeping is only provided for stays of five days or longer.
The most frustrating part of our stay involved the laundry facilities. The coin machine was out of order, so we went to the front desk to ask for quarters. We were told rather bluntly that the hotel does not provide change. After spending quite a bit of time trying unsuccessfully to get quarters from nearby businesses, we returned to the lobby and asked a different employee. Without hesitation, they exchanged bills for quarters and even had plenty available behind the desk. While we were grateful for the help, it left us confused as to why the first employee told us it was absolutely not possible. The inconsistency in service was disappointing and created an unnecessary inconvenience.
Despite that experience, the location, amenities and overall condition of the property made for an enjoyable stay.
