Good location staff was amazing and very accommodating! It was nice to have a parking spot and it was a great price.
Elevators didn’t work great but that was it.

Loved that it had gated parking and you had to have a fob to come into the building and use the elevator. Loved the balcony and all the extras the condo offered - cooler, pool and beach toys, and an air mattress. The owner and the maintenace guy were super responsive!
One elevator was out in the building, so the elevator sometimes took a long time since the building has 16 floors.
