The view from the Mountain View rooms. It was away from city centre in a beautiful lush tropical valley. The manager Deepak was so helpful with advise on sightseeing, requirements for Changu lake etc.
At the time of our visit, the track to the hotel was being repaired and made for a hairy journey.

Clean and warm
It’s quite downhill from the palace monastery area. The road is also very rough and 350 rupees cab to MG Marg
