Little bit narrow road from the entrance and lower parking space but good enough.
Good spaces in both inside and outside the rooms.

Rooms are spacious.Walkable distance to M G ROAD, GANGTOK.Bedsize and blankets are very good.
The washroom needs to be more cleaned and the premium gadgets inside the washroom to be installed as per the hotel charges.
The interior of the hotel rooms needs to be more decorated.

Location was perfect. 4 minutes to main shopping mall and restaurants, but quiet.
Having to fight for a pre paid breakfast.

Location was good.
Staff initially were fine.
I had to argue that my breakfast was included with my final price. I was made out to be a liar on both days of my stay. It is embarrassing having to argue with staff in front of other customers just to get what I paid for. The staff refused to believe I had inclusive breakfast.
Bathroom toilet was leaking all over floor
Shower didn’t work
