It's situated at prime location. Walking distance from MG road. Easy to get ride to everywhere
The room they've provided is in basement due to availability issues. So there was no any view from room

I really liked the warm hospitality and courteous staff at Hotel Sparrow Juniper Tree. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. The location is also excellent—close to the main attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gangtok!

Nice decent hotel
People were ok
Nice lobby but not much lively
Says 450 meters from MG Road but downhill, otherside, its ok but should be more specific
Hotel lacks minor aspects which are essential
1) Locks of doors broken, so used a minor lock
2) Only one charging point, and at an odd place- so how do you use an electric kettle or charge phones
3) Bed is smaller than double bed
4) First night no electricity so only light was working but not charging point, etc
5) TV has a few specific off track channels, not the ones people see
