Location

Washrooms were not working, no pressure in showers, couldn’t take a bath. Requested hotel staff and they said you have to move to a different room right now it was 5am and all my family was sleeping. I said when they will wake up we will change room but the person at reception said no we won’t give you this option later so i had to wake up my family at 5am and we shifted room and no one slept after that. Also note we came there at 3am so my family barely had a 2 hour sleep, the place was 54£ per night and they made us stay in the room where showers weren’t working and no hot water available

الهدوء و رائحة الكان جميلة و المنطقة راقيه جدا و وجود مواقف خاصة للنزلاء آمنه حتى على الاطفال - قريب جدا من جميع الخدمات واماكن الترفيه وسهولة الوصول لجميع الاماكن - النظافه ممتازه الاثاث جيد جداً الارضية تحتاج الى قليل من الصيانه الموظفين ممتازين

ضعف خدمة الغرف - حيث كل شئ بالطلب - مكواة الملابس طلب - طاولة كوي الملابس سيئه جدا جدا وبالطلب - فرشاة الاسنان بالطلب - جل استحمام و صابون فقط لا يوجد شامبو

Just OK

Location, there were plenty of restaurants around this facility. Masjids were two blocks away and a mini market was also about 3-4 mints walk opposite left side. Staff was cooperative to honour the requests for few essentials in the room. I had a two room facility which was good in terms of space for 3 guests. It is about 11 Km from King Abdul Aziz Intl airport and a taxi service may cost between 25 to 35 Riyals depending upon type of car and time of drop off. Room had a microwave oven, coffee maker, and electrical kettle. It also had few utensils like 4 glasses, JUST one mug for tea or coffee, few serving dinner and quarter sized plates BUT a very shabby spoon. Sitting area was ok for a family of 3-4 to watch TV and have food.

There was just one towel for 3 guests, however additional towels were provided on request. Most of Electrical power sockets, table lamps and TV were not working, though TV was changed on complaint. Inadequate cutlery, like spoons, forks, mugs etc. There was no hook to hang clothes in toilets if you go for shower.

Will never be back here again

I decided to book this hotel for my previous good experience, about a year ago. But I was shocked how bad this hotel became.

The rude reception staff. The lack of cleanliness of the corridors. The bad odors of the suite.

فندق ممتاز في جدة

موقع الفندق مميز، بالقرب من المطار وبالقرب من أهم المعالم الحيوية في جدة كالأسواق التجارية/ المولات والكورنيش ، بالاضافة الى حيوية الموقع حيث يتوفر صراف الي (بنك) وعدد من المطاعم المختلفة ومحلات العصير والخدمات الاخرى المتوفرة عنده.

الانترنت سيئ لا يوجد فطور واجهت صعوبة في الحصول على تاكسي أو برامج التوصيل (أوبر ، او جيني) بالعلم ان الموقع حيوي.

فندق راقي وجميل وموقعه ممتاز جدا واطلالته البحرية رائعة ..

اتصلت بالفندق للاستفسار عن توافر غرفة مطلة على البحر وأكد لي الموظف انها جميعها محجوزة ولايمكن ابدا حتى عن طريق التطبيقات .. ومع ذلك دخلت بوكينق وحجزت وتم تاكيد الحجز ونزلت بالفندق واستمتعت .. الحمد لله ماسمعت كلامه الموظف الغير محترف .. بالاضافة الى ان القيمة مرتفعة بالرغم من عدم وجود موسم وللاسف لم يشمل الافطار رغم القيمة المرتفعة جدا ..

اقامه غير مرضيه للأسف وتجربه لن تتكرر ولا انصح به .

1-الافطار والغداء ليس بوفيه مفتوح كما ذكر … هما يختارو لك فطور وغداء …(عجبك عجبك ما عجبك مع نفسك ).. 2- ازعاج العمال وهم يشتغلو في الغرفه المجاوره لك وقت الراحه او النوم .. 3- دورة المياه تجمع الماء في الارضيه بكثره .

Clean in the inside, Dirty in the outside

Staff are great and very very helpful. I had a laundry need to be taken late at night and they managed to get it with no problems at all.

Wonderful

Spacious room, clean room, nice smell of room, smooth checkin, helpful staffs, alot of shops surrounding area

Only given 1 towel, we did request for extra but did not receive it.

Not value for money

The location

The property was not cleaned. There was no internet at all. The internet was disconnected due to non payment. Being abroad with out internet it was very hard for all of us. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed for a night only to catch flight next morning so it wasn’t too bad

Location was good. Near Al Arabia mall and Jeddah airport

great and comfortable stay

location of hotel was very convenient to airport. breakfast was not applicable as i left early. the staff at check in and check out was very professional and nice.

the rooms could use some improvement and renovation but in general the rooms was clean and had all the things i expected in it.

Not worth the money.

Location and parking facilities

Old apartment needs refurbishing. Water was leaking from the bathroom walls and bathroom was always wet as water was not properly going to the drainage. Also had a bad smell in the bathroom. The AC was placed in an awkward position in the bedroom so didn’t had proper sleep. We can find much better apartments for this price range. No breakfast
