كل شيئ تقريبا

انني طلبت ايقاظي صباحا لانه لدي امتحان ولكن احد لم يتصل وهذا كان امر مهم جدا رغم ان الموظفه سجلت ذلك كملاحظه لديها في المساء قبل بيوم ولكن لم يتم ذلك وهذا كان من الممكن ان يشكل مشكله لي لو انني لم استيقظ لوحدي ..

Worst hotel in jeddah

The location

Everything the quality of the furniture’s was bad .. also there is no rules for the smoking inside the rooms.. the people were beside my rooms were smoking a-lot and all the smells came to my room because there was middle door between the 2 rooms.. i ask the reception to fix that because they said the smoking not allowed.. but unfortunately nothing happened so I decided to leave the hotel because i have 8 month child with me

Pleasant and would stay again

Spacious room and nice decor. Provided breakfast early as we had a flight to catch.

Old furniture, wall paint coming off, ladder into pool unstable. Shower door had loud creak and was leaking water.

Very good

The staff was wonderful. I arrived late for a long layover and they gave me the suite which was super spacious. Value for money was amazing. The price was more than reasonable.

Had a very short stay of a few hours only so not much to say

Comfortable room Staff were happy to change the room as it was noisy next door.

Very noisy from next door TV So they changed our room

it is near to the restaurants and cafes,

the room it is sounds proof, the guy who in the room near to me very noise , and I talk to the receptionist, to solve the issue, I have visitors, but no actions taken , still the neighbor has Loud voice

Satisfactory and value for money

Staff is very cooperative, and rooms are roomy and super clean

The breakfast was very poor and not meeting expectations, I actually got staff for breakfast from a near supermarket to not use the breakfast included on my room charges
