I liked the location, I liked the layout of the hotel and all the ammenities. It has a cafe that serves food and drinks, a prayer room, an indoor and outdoor lounge area, a laundry and a kids playroom downstairs. I also liked the kitchenette in my room.
They need to open the windows in the room. The room felt very humid and as a result I saw mold in the ceiling and this bothered my asthma. They should modify the windows to make them open even if its a small amount. So the rooms can have ventiliation and prevent dangerous mold.

Good location, walking distance to red sea mall, accomodating staffs, especially to the receptionist who upgrade our room at the same price.
The design of the toilet and bath, because the water from the shower is going the toilet seat and floor, no divider

The location and the staff were good
The amount of noise during rest hours was insane (10 pm-8 am)! Workers during night hours with their trollies in the corridor at 4 am was just annoying! Also, the rooms are not soundproof, the hotel is on a main road which didn’t help!
