The hotel was in an excellent location for us as really close to the Hydro and the Armadillo venues. The staff were lovely and helpful. They gave all guests a small booklet showing coffee shops, restaurants and distance from the hotel. I waited until I had arrived to book breakfast. I am celiac and the supervisor on breakfast was extremely helpful and friendly he told me if I wanted anything cooked specially they would do that. He brought out a separate toaster to allow me to have toast. The selection of food being offered was fresh. It was a joy to have the "usual" issue about food taken away. - Well Done to the breakfast staff you made a usual headache, enjoyable
There was nothing I disliked the hotel was comfortable clean and the staff were lovely - what more do you need

Cleanliness
Broken Sofa cum bed meant for sleeping 2 persons. The hotel failed to repair the bed. To my surprise, the hotel was unable to provide even a mattress or blanket which could be used to let our kids sleep on floor (staff told us that they didn’t have spare mattress or blankets)
