Cleanliness was perfect, communication and trust is amazing and the best I will deffo use this again being so close to the concert arena nothing was a bother to the staff and was such a nice vibe
I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like, aside from it being overly hot and the window wide open the air condition only went to 19 to what I could work out and it wasn’t really cool enough, but out of everyone’s control haha

It was super close to the ovo hydro so after my concert I literally walked across the road and hopped into bed. The staff were lovely and the bed was comfy.
The cleanliness of the room. I’m not saying it was filthy but in all honesty I was a bit disgusted to find what I can only assume to be vomit all over the curtains, something spilt on the actual bed frame (thankfully wasn’t affecting the bed/covers) and the carpet had seen better days. The toilet flush didn’t work on one side either and the chair in the room was all marked and stained

Closeness to ovo, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, modern and comfortable.

We enjoyed the room and how close it was to the ovo
Paying just about £200 for 1 night and that never included breakfast and with the kids were bit board as nothing for them to do
