The staff were very good, especially the breakfast team and the lady on late reception
The room itself was a little tired, however the bathroom looked new so I guess renovations are in process

All fine, spacious room, easy check-in, friendly staff, immaculately clean.
Nothing major. Maybe a wider range of teabags including some that don't need milk, as UHT milk provided ruins normal tea!

One of the cleanest and most modern showers in this price range I’ve ever seen, friendly and helpful staff, nice part of town
Small downside for light sleepers: some windows face Sauchiehall street, which can be busy into the late night. Wasn’t too bad during my stay though.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great, good location.
The room which was up in the roof was very run down, especially compared with the other rooms we seen when leaving the following morning.
