Great location, and contrary to some reviews it was nice and quiet !! I had the basement room, was perfectly fine.
It could do with some renovation - but i didn’t expect luxury.

Location
The room was very clean
Cettle, tea, coffee in the room
The bed and room itself were comfy despite being kept without much care
Noise, also from other rooms, despite I asked people in the next room to lower the TV (so they did ), I still heard every word and noise from that room. People were going out and back constantly, and they slammed the door without any care or consideration of others.
The door to the room did not fit, so very strong light, which been on all night, came to the room for all night long, which was annoying...

Location was excellent and convenient to walk from the subway. A bakery literally around the corner and somewhere to eat and drink directly opposite.
The location meant that night life kept you awake until 3am! We stayed on a Friday night in room 6 which is right in the street at the front of the property. I think a room at the back wouldn’t have this issue.
