Cheap and old is the general theme for this place

This condo is in a good location with a few restaurants nearby and a super market across the street, the televisions were the most modern things there.

The furniture is very old and the beds were thin and cheap, a complete renovation is needed the location is the only thing that this condo has going for it.

I liked the area it was located in..very close to the beach and the Condo was very spacious.

I didnt like the carpet on the floor..needs a little updating such as get rid of the carpet other than that the place was clean..The Tamtem parking is awful so we parked on the street.
