The condo is big and beautiful with a great view of the ocean. You get morning sun on the east deck and sunset on the smaller west deck. The master bedroom is huge and has a nice office area if you need to work. The master bath and shower are fantastic! The kitchen has loads of cupboards and nice appliances. The furnishings are comfortable. I loved that it was right across from the elevator. It's in a very neat and clean group of condos with 2 pools and rec centers as well as a nature walk area. The location is great for anything in the area. The owners are very accessible and helpful.
It would be nice if the carpet were cleaned - it's looking pretty well used and smells stale. The linens could use a refresh - new mattress pads and towels. Definitely replace the living room TV - it's hard to work. Like many places, the sliding doors and screens can be difficult to open and the screens come off their tracks sometimes.

The place was very spacious! I stay at 3 bedroom condos at NSB every summer, and this one is by far the biggest. Very clean with modern amenities. One back balcony and a giant balcony with good views up front.
a small problem but the place was so big that the wifi didnt reach the living room. Could rarely use our laptops/firestick there. Plus the service isnt great up there (not their fault of course) so sometimes calls would fail as well in the living room/dining area.
