アメニティやウェルカムサービスが豪華
荷物を送ったら、チェックイン前に部屋に運んで貰えた。

フロントの対応が素晴らしい。
パンも一ついただけてイギリスパン美味しかったです。
また、鍵を刺さなくても室内電気が使えるので
少しの外出でもエアコン効かせれるのもよかった。
コスパと充実感は高かったです。
電源コンセントがベッドにあるとより良かったが、
室内に十分配置されているので要望ですね。

朝食は美味しかったです。ロケーションも良かったです。アメニティがたくさんあって助かりました。空気清浄器までありましたので使ってみて快適でした。
お部屋にポットが有ったのに、お茶のティーバックが無くてロビー迄取りに行かなくてはならないのに気づくのが遅すぎました。
シャワーの使い方に慣れなくて馴れるまで時間がかかりました。もう少し使い勝手の良いシャワーにしてほしいです。
