Friendly staff, quite nice breakfast, available self-serviced laundry room, conveniently located within walking distance of an underground station
room was smaller than the one at a Holiday Inn Express hotel we stayed in just a few days ago, We were supposed to get 2 double beds, they turned out to be quite small (around 1.4-1.5 m)

Good breakfast, nice rooms, clean, polite staff
Check in was quite delayed. We arrived close to 5pm for a 2pm check in and still needed to wait 30 minutes. We were given complimentary wine, though, so that was a nice touch.
