Excellent and convenient location and a quiet room despite being so central. It was great to be able to drop off bags before check-in.

Amazing location, extremely comfy bed despite being very firm... Slippers and teeth cleaning kit a lovely bonus. The room was compact but the high ceilings made it feel spacious enough and the room was spotless
My only quibble is having staff there only for a few hours, though I understand it keeps the prices competitive...I had no issues so it was fine and it feels a lovely area, very central, so fine for solo travellers like me!

The location is perfect, 5 min walk from the Duomo
The room was clean and comfortable . I would recommend it and I would definitely come back.

It was at a great location, clean and the receptionist was very polite
The AC stopped working at the second day, I asked them to come and check it but nothing changed
