The unit is clean and well laid out, with sleeping accommodations on the second floor and the rest at ground level. The king-size mattress in the master bedroom is a pillow-top that was comfortable. The two full mattresses in the second bedroom are very soft. The appliances are of the quality that you would have in your own home - such as a French door refrigerator with the freezer on the bottomed, a full-size dishwasher, microwave and two very large flat screen TVs. The internet was fast, with 160 Mbps download and 49 Mbps upload. There is an overabundance of towels and pillow, although extra pillowcases are nowhere to be found (odd). We liked the fact that it was not in the center of town. There is a set of golf clubs that is provided which is nice because the Moab golf course is within walking distance. The patio is on the small side and faces another building. But there are mature trees in between the buildings. We would certainly return if the front lock is replaced as that was the biggest problem we had with the unit,
Getting into the unit was a disaster. We arrived late at night, and the code finally worked and opened the front door after the third try. But the next day the code would not work at all. We got a "red light" even before inputting all of the necessary numbers. We called Vacasa and to their credit they answered very quickly (less than a minute wait on hold. the lady who tried to help me spent a lot of time on the phone. It seemed like it lasted an eternity, but it was probably only 15-20 minutes. She finally had pity on me or realized that she was not able to solve the problem either and then she gave me the access code for the lock-box next to the door. ended up using a regular key for the duration in my week stay.

Great space! Loved having two bathrooms (just don't run both showers at once!), very convenient. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a short drive to downtown, but it's nice that the condo is in a more quiet area. We enjoyed a take out dinner on the back patio after a tiring day in Arches National Park, which was nice. We mostly just crashed here after busy days, but it was comfortable, clean, and convenient.
