Good

The house was spacious

1. Check in details came in after 6pm which was 2 hours after the checkin time of 4pm when we were already at Richmond trying to contact the owner 2. The floor was dusty 3. Quiet a few roaches coming out at night in the kitchen and bathroom

It’s could have been an excellent stay if the plumbing issues were fixed. Lovely property otherwise.

Good location, nice pool, good security,spacious

plumbing in bathrooms in particular the toilets need a lot of improvement. Eco air conditioning made maintaining a comfortable temperature difficult as it only works when the room is occupied you have to stay for a while in the very hot rooms and wait for it to cool down. If you open the door leading from the kitchen to the backyard the living room air conditioning turns off.

I didn’t get to stay as they cancelled my booking at the last minute and did not offer me anything else.

The host marsha was amazing always on hand To help the deli, supermarket and Devon house ice cream was great 👍 and some of the local restaurants that deliver to the door was the best

That I never got a electronic bike to ride around the Estate

Richmond Estate is a nice gated community, but I would avoid this Villa & Management company.

Good location, easy to find. Surrounded by decent amenities. Safe and secure gated community.

Poor hosting and generally poor maintenance of the property made it an uncomfortable stay. Profit is clearly put in front of Comfort for the guests. 3 cockroaches found. No bin bags left for guests to use. Hand wash & Washing up liquids watered down to barely usable. AC in 2nd bedroom broken. Oven is barely working. Toilet water doesn't fill the tank enough so flushing waste takes 3-4 attempts. Cobwebs left all over washing line meant either guest cleans or clothes are dried inside. 2 Full Electricity outages during stay for a few hours at a time. Dirty old stained Bath Towels supplied. US$250 charge for smoking inside the property. US$50 charge for dirty dishes and pots left in sink. US$20 charge per towel for stain left on the towel. Housekeeping is US$60 per day. Hidden charges for having visitors. Assumption is that visitors would stay as an overnight guest so a complicated process is put in place where you have to contact 1 of 2 people prior to a visitors arrival to contact security with a time, date and identification to allow visitors access. or "To make things easier, let me suggest you pay £500 instead of £1,120 for the extra guests. This way you have no restrictions on the guests coming..." Wifi is only strong enough for the living room so you won't be able to use the Internet consistently in the bedrooms.

The host was very easy to communicate with and getting in contact was easy.

The property was exactly as the pictures. The community was very beautiful and there was a sense of security about the community. The pool was very clean with plenty of sunbeds and the bathroom/changing room was very clean. Loved everything about our stay at this property.

The community is a bit large but it was still navigable.
