Staff were very helpful, laundry facilities next to our room, great location
The pillows were too soft despite 2 pillows each person. When carrying large luggages,the stairs going up and down was not pleasant at all. Although it was only 3-4steps, we managed in the end.

Very convenient location close to local attractions and transit.
No elevator access, and the open bathtub layout makes taking a proper shower challenging.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay
Wonderful 2-night stay in a cosy, beautifully decorated chalet. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Perfect for our group of 7, with 3 bedrooms, a large sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Excellent location — just a short walk to Zermatt Bahn, grocery shops, Matterhorn Bakery and nearby attractions. Luggage storage and laundry facilities were also available.
Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again. 🇨🇭✨
