We enjoyed our stay overall and THANK Mark for his assistance and service.

The property is nicely located on the beachfront. The apartment was spacious and the balcony views were breathtaking. The kitchen is nicely stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. There is a compact washer/dryer combo and assigned parking is included.

The apartment is sorely in need of renovation. The slats in the blinds were falling, the refrigerator worked well but was stained, there was a problem with accessing the apartment using the combination, there was a ding in one of the doors which needed to be repaired, and the bathtub in the master bedroom was stained from years of use. There was no gym and no pool. Overall, it’s a lovely apartment in a great location in desperate need of some tender loving care and updates.
