Location was great.
Seemed like there were more beds shown in listing and the photos. Not sure if they included fold outs in that total.

Location, amount of beds and bathrooms.
Parking: placard was needed for 2nd car to park outside garage. There were no instructions for parking. Email stated parking for two cars.
Issues with power outlets throughout the kitchen and living room, experienced a circuit breaker popping resulting in loss of Wi-Fi and appliances not working.
Issue with slider door in the loft, contacted Vacasa property management and was told a service worker would contact us to fix it, we never received any contact from worker. Smoke detector had a low battery which continued to beep at night.
In general the house felt like it had been neglected and needed a lot of maintenance such as broken blinds, light fixtures, doors creaking, kitchen drawers not wiped down. and dirty dishes placed back on the cabinets. Not as advertised for a beach front property at all.
