PAGUÉ POR UN ALOJAMIENTO Y AL MINUTOS ANTES DE LLEGAR SE COMUNICARON CONMIGO PARA DECIRME QUE ME IBAN A DAR OTRO ESPACIO YA QUE NO TENIAN DISPONIBLE EL QUE HABÍA SOLICITADO. NADA QUE VER CON LO QUE PAGUÉ, ME DIERON UN CUARTO CON UNA DIVISIÓN DE UN BIOMBO CON UN SILLÓN, ERAMOS 5 PERSONAS ADULTAS (MUJERES Y HOMBRES) Y NO HABIA PRIVACIDAD, NO HABÍA BAÑO PROPIO ESTABA MUY LEJOS. NO NOS DIERON SÁBANAS NI ALMOHADAS. NOS DIERON UNA LITERA Y UNA CAMA CUANDO HABIA PAGADO POR 3 QUEEN. ME DIJERON QUE ME HARÍAN UN DESCUENTO POR EL INCONVENIENTE, ME HE ESTADO COMUNICANDO CON ELLOS DESDE HACE MÁS DE UN MES Y NO ME DAN SOLUCIÓN PUES NO HE RECIBIDO UN REEMBOLSO O ALGUNA ALTERNATIVA .

Pésima experiencia, NO lo recomiendo en absoluto!!!

La ubicación y Ramiro, la persona que nos recibió, fue muy atento

Muy sucio y descuidado, le falta mantenimiento, aseo, atención, la regadera principal salía agua de unos cuantos orificios, tapada por el sarro, la llave de agua llena de cabello enredado, las toallas todas distintas, el dispensador de jabón para manos no servía, en el baño de visitas ni siquiera había jabón, la cocina sin un solo trapo o servitoallas, las almohadas de la cama principal aguadas y con las fundas decorativas del edredón, se veían asquerosas las fundas, faltaban las almohadas con el juego de sábanas, las lámparas de los buros una no tenía foco, la otra se apagaba desconectandola de la pared, solicité salir un poco más tarde y me lo negaron, supuestamente porque a las 12 pm hacían la limpieza para tenerlos listos, llegamos a las 5:45 pm y el alojamiento estaba completamente sucio, nos tuvieron un rato en lo que solicitaban autorización para acomodarnos en otro, los sillones de la sala descocidos, en la recámara principal un pedazo de esponja al descubierto como base del sofá, las cabeceras de la recámara secundaria flotando desalineada de la pared, lo peor, la deshonestidad, lo publican de 250 m², ni de chiste mide eso, pésima experiencia!!!
