The location is perfect, near Piazza San Marco, where you could get tram and bus, but you don’t need one, since the apartment is located in a walkable distance from everything in Florence.
It is situated in a newly renovated residential building in a quiet area, which is great after a long and exhausted day.
The interior is new, all the kitchen amenities are there, nice dining area, and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
In the apartment there is plenty of space for two couples or a family!
Nothing. Everything was as described. Pasquale, the host, was a great guy.
He did welcome us, guided us thru the history and the Florence city, pointing out the main attractions of the city, he did even offer us a reservation on his behalf in one of the best restaurants in Florence! Grazie Pasquale!

Very good location. The cultural highpoints were easily accessible by bus and on foot. There were many good cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance.
I had difficulty fully closing the window in the second bedroom, so it was a little noisy.

The place was very new, beautifully set up and very clean. It was really close to main attractions, just a short walk. The host met us at check in, he was really friendly and helpful!
Nothing!
