Très bien.

Tout était très bien : la localisation très proche du centre de Frascati et de la gare ; les petits-déjeuners ; la copropriété propre, bien entretenue et calme ; l'ascenseur.

Il manque des couvercles pour les poêles et un vrai four (mais il y a un micro-ondes).

A hidden gem in a great location

A hidden gem in Frascati. Warm welcome, clear instructions, great location both for Frascati and train station for Rome. I’m a holiday home owner myself (different website) and extremely fussy! This place did not disappoint. It was spotlessly clean, had a coffee machine, cereals, every confection you might need for an Italian breakfast (and fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle. We were going to a wedding and it had a much needed fabulous iron!) Great Wi-Fi ! Great value! What’s not to like????

We saw what others had written about it being a little claustrophobic as there are sloping ceilings- Yes it’s in the roof and I AM claustrophobic and had worried a little having read that but it was absolutely fine.

Clean, great amenities, extremely close to the train station, great host. Supermarket right near the building.

A little cramped - probably not suitable for tall or claustrophobic people.

Great apartment in a great location with good facilities.

Great location. Train station, bars and restaurants all within five to ten minutes walk away. Supermarket and mini mart both within 100 metres. The property had two air-con units which worked very well in 36 degree heat! Francesca was super helpful and even assisted with the organising of a taxi from Ciampino on a train strike day. Thank you!

As this is a roof apartment, there are sloping ceilings/roof, so very tall people might find that problematic.

Good

It was advertised as 2 bedrooms but one of them was very very small with just a bed and a low slanting ceiling and no window . The other rooms also had slanting roofs and always had to be careful not to bag your head. Also had to phone for sufficient breakfast products and the lift did not go up to our floor.

cosy place in a beautiful location

Cute and cosy, clean and in a very good location, so close to shooed and restaurants and with parking just a few steps away (even if payment needed). Frascati offers a family friendly environment and a train station that easily connects to Rome city centre which is very close to the property. Francesca has been extremely available and helpful.

we only struggled a bit with the water and showers in the morning with the small how water tank, being a family of 4. it would have been perfect for a couple.

Good location. Comfortable bed.

Decor is adequate and functional. Could be a bit cosier or feel a bit warmer.

A clean, comfortable and well-equipped base to stay in Frascati.

Easy walking access to the centre of Frascati, with a supermarket on the doorstep. Apartment clean and tidy, with a good breakfast selection. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

Internet connection was a bit weak, and apartment could be a little chilly until air heaters had time to run.

it was a good stay

Located slightly off the city centre, but restaurants, taxis, buses and train station are within short walk. Clean and quite. Excellent value for money.

Great flat in a good location

The flat is extremely comfortable and in a superb location. Francesca was very kind and helpful on our arrival and all went smoothly. A very recommendable place to stay!

We were happy to stay indoors during a heat eave

Breakfast had choices, there were ,5days supply prepacked. Air con was superb, great bed and materas.

Only three chairs and lack of table space for dining

Good for small people. Very clean and organized.

Apartment well organized. Very clean. Staff at the reception very gentle. The aoartment is near restauranrs and a good supermarket.

The apartment is under the roof. The cealing is low, not good if you are tall or claustrophobic. You can hit your head againts the cealing. There is a window without shutters so that in the morning the sunlight can wake up you early in summer. I suggest to carry a mask for the eyes if you want to sleep late. Parking near the apartment is not easy.
