good location for local metro stations, walking distance to Akihabara, decent breakfast,
the room was actually quite small, even for Japanese standards,
there seemed to be some slight sewerage smell on the ground floor,

It’s in a really good location that’s right next to a train station and multiple restaurants and convenient stores. The staff at the front desk were super friendly too!
The beds are a little uncomfortable.

Staff was helpful
- not enough coin laundries
- not enough elevators
- breakfast was missing a lot of things (breakfast choices running out already halfway through breakfast time, no napkins one day, running out of coffee early etc)
- had to pay JPY100 for an extra towel even though I didn't have to in other Toyoko Inns
- no room cleaning before the last day
