We had a pleasant stay at Moderna. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, transport, and attractions, making it very convenient to get around Hong Kong.
The staff were responsive and helpful, always ready to assist whenever we needed something, which added to the comfort of our stay.
One area that could be improved is room cleaning. While the basics were done, we felt that cleanliness could be more thorough to match the otherwise great experience.
Overall, Moderna is a great choice for travelers who value location and good service. With some improvements in housekeeping, it could be even better.

Very helpful night time reception. Bustling local area with convenience stores nearby together with a 5 minute walk to a subway station. Lots of local food places.
Large enough room to spread out with a good bathroom.
Limited English speaking channels on the TV - not that there is much need to watch TV as there is so much to do in Hong Kong.

Location
Electric outlets are not fitted to accomodate international travellers. The outlets that actually fit do not work (the outlet by the sink); same case for the two rooms that we booked.
