It was a decent sized room. Was very easy to check in and out of as the instructions were sent via message. It felt secure. Good location as it was a short walk to duomo and had some good food/drink places very close.
There were 4 flights of stairs to the room without an elevator. The window out of the shower was not frosted so we could see out the window to other rooms while showering (assuming they could see us also). 10-15 minute walk to the closest station (which we only need to use when arriving/leaving Milan due to the good location).

amazing location-10 minute walk from the centre of Milan. Felt clean, good shower and wardrobe space, large bed also.
Could have been more than one towel each and possibly a simpler locking system.

The room had what you needed IE a bed, wardrobe and shower. Also came with a hairdryer, a TV and you had access to an iron.
There were a few cosmetic issues, nothing to put you off your stay but could be fixed. There was also works being done in the full building which made the accommodation seem poorer. There’s also quite a few stairs to get to the room and the main entrance is accessed by a small door meaning my partner had to duck to get in/out. He did actually bang his head. Locks were a bit annoying, it would be much easier with a key. There were dead mini flies on the window sill and potentially, they are what caused my bites.
