The customer service at Li River Resort is second to none. From the front desk to waitresses, everyone was extremely helpful. Even after we had left the hotel for Beijing, I received a message from the front desk team that we had left something behind and they would post it to our next hotel. They phoned our next hotel to tell them to expect a special delivery for us and to hand it to us when we check in. You just don’t get this type of customer services anywhere else.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

So pleased we found this beautiful hotel!
The surrounding views are absolutely stunning! The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Any food or drinks we had from the onsite restaurant was delicious. Really could not ask for anything more.
It is based a little out of the way from the main town, but there is a free shuttle or taxi / DiDi isn’t expensive.
Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel if visiting Yangshuo; hopefully we can visit again ourselves.

This hotel is a rare gem. It has outstanding panoramic views, wonderful friendly staff, and attention to detail everywhere: the beautiful gardens, the décor, etc.

Beautiful view from the room and the made to order breakfast was really nice. The staff was also very nice.
Our room had a bathroom with a leaking sink and leaking shower. They came in to caulk the sink again and we didn’t have access to a sink for one night and then we notice the shower was leaking from the bottom over to the sink area. The toilet also got clogged daily. They didn’t offer any compensation for these issues. I also bought tickets for Ruyi mountain from them and was told it was $220 yuan a person and they were charging me $200. When I got there, I found out the tickets were $180. Didn’t like the dishonesty.
