The staffing was very attentive, responsive and friendly, we liked the property was close to everything (food, transport, facilities, etc.)
The roof was leaking and the bed was uncomfortable

Jerry and company were friendly and accommodating. Having onsite laundry machines and an adequately supplied kitchen a huge bonus. My room was probably the smallest but very adequately provided with storage to keep organized. The price was right and located in central Condessa. Atlixco/Montes d Oca.. Many thanks to Silviero night manager, Monsie and Cynthia and Rosie who work in the two little shops next door. what can I say "nice to have a home away from home"
The shower knobs needed a bit ( just a bit) of getting used to.
