There was a lot of autonomy and a balcony. Bathroom, albeit small, was separated from the shower. There was a washing machine and the standard overall was good.

The room felt damp, the blanket was very heavy, we were 3 people but received 2 blankets and 2 glasses/cups. It was impossible to leave luggage after the stay. Only one room key for three people.

The room and the comfort room are really spacious. The hotel is also a few blocks away from JR Kameido Station.

The fire scare.:D it was a false alarm so everyone was alright.

because they don’t always have staff at front desk , check in or leaving luggage is not as easy as other living place . They don’t provide luggage deliver services, that’s another inconvenience.

i like the friendliness of the staff. They are always ready to answer your questions within a short time. The room was vary clean and well equipped.

Near the Kameido Station, convenient. Facilities are new and clean. The disadvantage is that we booked a room that can sleep three people and indicated on the order for two, but only provided a quilt. When I asked the staff to add a quilt, at first they told me there was only one quilt because the reservation was for one person. When I showed them a screenshot of the order, the employee changed his story and said that air conditioning and a double bed would be enough. You can tell me a quilt is a quota, but you can't give me an unreasonable excuse.

It’s the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. I like how I can easily take the Shinjuku or Chuo Sobu line from here. Daily shopping is easy since it’s next to a grocery store. Also there is a washing machine to wash clothes which is nice and the built in desk space is so useful. It’s like apartment living so nice for a longer stay.
