Comfortable and clean

around 7min to JR Kameido and 2min to Bus station, next to Aeon also close to 711, several restaurant also available, around 10min to the closest playground. The receptionist gave us a clear instruction about check in, check out and other things.
I need a place to wash the dishes, other than this, its all fine for me

The room was very large, equipped with a washing machine, iron, microwave and everything else.
Major security concerns. During the night, a group of people banged on our door and attempted to open it. We spoke to them through the intercom, but it was impossible to understand what they wanted. It was a terrifying experience. Even if they had simply mistaken the room, this kind of situation is completely unacceptable.
