Our stay at the Pearl

Disappointing, wasted of a lot of money.

location

Vomit on bathroom wall, stairway baseboard and guest closet. Fecal matter on upstairs bathroom wall. 1/4" dust on all fans (had to use since aircon could not keep up) Only 3 forks for 11 people, fridge had no water or ice, broken storm shutter down so no view.Only three chairs on the deck so family cold not all sit out and look at the ocean together.Many lightbulbs out, lots of junk just sitting in a pile underneath the house (snake pit for sure) No help from Vacasa and now no communication from the owners of record. This house could have so much potential but it needs cleaning and repair and better communication from management. I have not included all the problems just some of the major ones that most important to us.

This would be a great house if it were cared for and maintained

Loved the location. The house was laid out very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well.

I’ll start with it had towels and bedding, but no beach towels, no beach chairs, paper towels, trash bags, barely 3 spoons. The above picture is misleading because most of those chairs are missing and the ones left are not in good shape.. Broken ice/water from refrigerator, freezer was dirty, patio door handle was broken and kept falling off. Upper bunk rail missing from the children’s bedroom making that bed unsafe and unusable. All things that were obviously not new issues but ignored. And when you add in fees, it’s over 600/night. I feel like these amenities are pretty basic for a beach house and this was more lack of attention from management staff.

Beautiful, just the cleaning.

No, breakfast. Location wa was great.

The cleaning could of been better. Stove was dirty had to Clean before using, no cleaning supplies to do the cleaning it needed. Dish washer didn't work.

Cockroach in my bathroom. Canceled my first booked property 5 days prior to our arrival. Zero respo

When we first book the trip we had another property with the same company. They canceled on us five days to our arrival. They gave us a few options that didn’t fit our needs. We found another property on her own and they said that up for us. We arrived at the property. Everything was fine until I woke up the next morning with a cockroach in my bathroom. I reached out to the owners they responded. They would look into it for me. Absolutely nothing after that. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The amount of money we paid per night for this rental should not have had a cockroach. We absolutely will not stay at this property again.

Location, house is beautiful

Few things didn't work or was broke. Hot tub didn't work, showers downstairs didn't work, door knows broke, floor unsteady in bathrooms, water pressure low, bed broke on main floor, More concerned about my guest than myself. So, they had a good time overall. Except that bed issue was a concern
