The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and an attached full bathroom with a step-in shower, and the third bedroom is a bunk room— with two full-over-full bunks and a triple stack of twin-over-twin bunks built into a cozy nook. The bunk room also has its own private full bathroom. Separate from the house on the ground level is a secondary bunk room with custom built-in triple full bunks. The epic outdoor spaces at this home will draw you outside again and again— to enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, or sip a glass of wine while a pastel pink sunset lights up the sky above you. The main level deck space has two dining tables for hosting memorable alfresco dinners under the stars with the whole family. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - No jumping or diving into the Bay.
