We loved it!
The deer were nice to see daily, and the view of the sunset as well as feeling comfy inside the home.
The neighbors barking dogs were a problem every night when we would go to the hot tub or try to sit on the back porch. We wanted quiet. The washing machine does not have HOT water working when I wanted to use it and that it's located outside the house. The hot tub cover is too large for the tub; it's not snug. The door code having ten digits; four digits would be nice. The master bedroom window not having a curtain along with front and back door to the home. The faucets in both showers are not easy to turn and the hot and cold labels are gone. That's a danger to children, like our own.

We enjoyed just being able to have a quiet vacation.
We loved both the front and back porch. The house was so big and comfortable.
I wish there had been a dishwasher. Also I couldn't get into the area where the washer and dryer were.

Could not have been better! Perfect getaway - hideaway. All needs supplied- kitchen & bath/beauty!
There was no breakfast provided, but none expected. The cabin was comfortable, cozy, beautifully furnished - a perfect hill country rustic hideaway. I had never booked a residence-type stay before. The communication was very reassuring - confirmation, then as the trip approached, email message and texts anticipating our arrival with gate code and entry code and instructions. Checkout was same - and a receipt for my credit card charges - just as anticipated.
We had some trouble following directions to the property. We also had to return to the property after dark in fog, and just wandered on the property for some time. That is part of its appeal - the seclusion - but frustrating trying to find it even with the signs - not a complaint - just commentary.

Very clean and the location is great!
Needs a little more pest control. we found a scorpion and a centipede inside the home.
