Very nice clean and preserved hotel.
The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Outside the hotel is not the nicest place to be at. However, there is attached parking lot with bridge to the hotel which make you feel very safe.

My stay at the ROK Hotel Kingston in Downtown Kingston, Jamaica was the best hotel ever.
They even upgraded our room because I told them in advance I was celebrating my children's great CSEC results and my birthday. They decorated the room with gold balloons and gave us a One-Bedroom King Suite with an Ocean View, along with beautiful notes.
The food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was awesome, just like a 5-star all-inclusive hotel.š¹
The area was so peaceful, with couples and people walking the streets at all hours of the night holding hands. The breeze and the view from the sea were awesome. My children had a wonderful time. š„³
I loved the art... the breakout room... love, love it. The staff were the best. Special shout out to our beautiul customer service rep. Miss Precious. š
God is good.

Easy access by taxi from the airport
Very quiet, no people and A/C canāt be turned off and is very noisy
