Bel hôtel pour visiter Kingston

Très bel établissement ! Le petit déjeuner est super bon il y a pas mal de choix ! La piscine est bien agréable aussi avec les linges à disposition.

Except for the first female receptionist who checked us in. It was cold and dark.

I like that the initial person who checked us in was very hospitable and friendly.

I didn’t like that I had a family member and a friend that came to visit with us in the lobby end up encountering with police officers who were very intimidating and sat between us just steering and moving amongst us. Police officers didn’t converse with us but their body language was such, that we left the hotel and walked away.

The hotel is because the harbor and art area.

Beautiful place. The food was amazing and the staff awesome.

I loved everything.

When we checked out the card in file was charged for $256. I’m not sure if it was for the hold that they were supposed to take out when we checked in but didn’t. So I am not sure why it was taken out when we left. Also will it be returned back like they said and how long will that take?

One and done

Everything seemed new and fresh. Plenty of hot water. Pool was nice.

Had to pay additional fee for use of parking garage. $11 a day plus an additional $10 tax after 4 day stay. For all the money I dropped, (over $1000), I should have been given free parking. Not good business. There is parking on the street thats not secured, no way. I hope others read this and if you are self driving, and staying for more than a night, consider this.

Awesome, will definately come again as well as reccommend The ROK to others

The entire staff was very courteous and friendly, they respond to any questions or request promptly. Marvin the driver was awesome; very friendly and was able to answer questions about the areas we passed on the way to the BM Museum. Having a nurse on staff.

It was the most restful time I've had in a while.

I especially like the atmosphere; the peacefulness of the space and how private things were. I also liked the amenities including the fact that there was a gym which catered to persons who are into the gym life. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The convenience of the location was also a plus.

A must stay hotel

The staff from the front door to the restaurant was phenomenal. They showed that they care about you and are satisfying your needs. Special thanks to the bar tenders and chefs.

The sink drain was a little slow draining, but not a show stopper. That's the only thing I could have thought of.

Too short!

The customer service was top class! From the moment we came through the door until we left . Everything was just easy - reserving a shuttle, getting a copy of the key after I locked myself out. The wifi was super fast.

My stay was very short, so I didn't get a chance to experience much.

I was disappointed that the breakfast wasn't included with the price I paid for the hotel.

I like everything except the breakfast wasn't included. And also the fact that I had to park across the street and pay extra for parking. That was kinda scary especially the time I got there.

Unfortunately , we were only there for one night but the facilities were nice with a large restaurant and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we arrived in the dark and left very early in the morning, so not sure about the location, although there were ocean views.

Property just looked a little bit tired in places mark on walls maybe just needs a little freshen up in places although the design is modern. Lighting seemed very dark in the restaurant and common spaces.

Ganz okay, wenn man nur im Hotel bleiben will

Gute, professionelle Rezeption. Gut organisiertes Hotel. Tolles Bett. Schöner Pool auf der zweiten Etage.

Das Wasser aus der Dusche läuft bis in das Zimmer und ist ziemlich gefährlich, dass man nicht ausrutscht. Das Frühstück war (wie eigentlich immer in Jamaika) sehr bescheiden. Wie kann man nur Würstchen, Speck und Eier so schlecht zubereiten. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist absolut tot trotz großer Prachtbauten, Nacht sollte man sich nicht weiter als 800 m vom Hotel entfernen

Overall good hotel

The hotel was clean and it took only 25 minutes from the airport. The concierge provided good service of pick up. Everything was overall good.

At the breakfast, when I tried to refill my juice or coffee, they didn't let me touch the machine or the big juice jar, not like all other normal hotels. That was strange.

Nettes Personal

Sehr schönes sauberes und modernes Hotel. Bei uns im Bad ist aus der Lampe Wasser getropft. Haben dann ohne Probleme ein neues kostenloses Zimmer bekommen das geupgreaded war. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Gefühlt die freundlichsten in ganz Jamaika. Die hatten immer ein Lächeln offen.

Great location with amazing view and friendly staff

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The quality did not disappoint. Nice layout of the rooms. Clean and very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Amenities and facilities were also very good. A plus is the rooftop bar and pool for warm summer days.

The restaurant and room service were closing early, around 8pm. So we have to opt to buy something to snack on from the cafe for the one night we missed dinner.

They gave me the wrong room. When I book on the website I saw 2 beds in the room when I came it. Was only one? But d resolve the problem in minutes thank you.

Quite disappointed overall

Location of the hotel is fantastic, bar and restaurant were pretty nice, also enjoyed the breakfast.

Room was simple, nothing extraordinary but clean and comfortable bed. However there was some trouble with the shower, there was no hot water which is really disappointing for that type of hotel, eventually after running the water for about 20 minutes and calling reception to get this sorted finally the water was luke warm and eventually hot after running for a very long time in the evening. Also next day in the morning while having a shower and washing my hair the water stopped completely before I managed to wash shampoo out of my hair….and didn’t come on for some time ….as I had to check out didn’t have more time to wait for it. So when I was checking out I mentioned this to the receptionist but didn’t really get any acknowledgment or response or apology so pretty dissatisfied with this…..especially the hotel isn’t cheap for all this trouble and basic issues we have encountered. So not entirely sure if I would stay again.

It was really what I expected and more especially the breakfast was great.

Actually I like the location and everything from the staff and the room was clean and organized I would give it a 10/10 👍🏾

Just the cable channels it was a bit confusing would like to see it more simplified even though I didn’t want to watch a lot of 📺

Welcome to JAMROK!!!!

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of options between local and traditional cuisines and international. The staff was very polite, friendly and accommodating. The staff new if my allergies and to every precaution to maintain my well being. I give them 100/100 for that.

No ATM on site. One is across the street, but it puts the guest at risk of being a potential victim.
