Great hotel but the pool needs to be treated and clean. The water was murky and green. Could not see the bottom.

My first stop was at the front desk, the psychometric who checked is in e was superb, she set the stage for a wonderful stay, my wife and i were treated like VIPs. The front desk person was the most fantastic ambassador any organization could have. 100%

Really nice hotel, stayed there 11 nights (Jan 24). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food very tasty, I recommend the vegeburger at ROKstone poolside restaurant. Nice rooms, well equipped, bed very comfortable. Would stay there again if I'm in Kingston

This seems like a great up and coming property for the area. A few things I felts were misses: no privacy curtain in the main room of the suite. The view overlooked a parking structure. I could see a person walking toward their car and they could see me seeing them. Lol very unfortunate. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in that room due to being able to see completely in the room. Also in the morning the sun came blasting through the room. Sooo very bright. The lighting in the bathroom made it impossible to put on makeup. It was too dim. Finally, the floor of the shower had super chipped paint who I not only looked bad but can be unsafe due to chip shards that could get in your feet. I plan to book a stay again. Hotel staff was wonderful and I look forward to trying out the pool!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The dinner menu was limited with many things out of stock. Apart from that the hotel was wonderful

Great service, clean, all staff was so friendly and welcoming. Food was good, great distance to local mural tour. Plenty of food in the area. Close to the airport. We will definitely be returning for an even longer trip.

Perfectly located, new hotel with great views. Excellent service from all the staff. Big and comfortable rooms. Bathroom with all the important stuff needed. Convenient gym with some free weights, a multipurpose machine and some cardio machines. Breakfast is fine, but could be better as it has few options

The staff and service at the Rok Hotel was excellent. The ambiance and decor was also good and pleasing to the eye. The cleanliness of the rooms, lobby areas and prompt reponse of the front desk staff made our stay very enjoyable. The restaurant staff was awesome and made my daughter's birthday extra special. However, the dining option for breakfast buffet by pool deck was too hot, not enough shaded seating, especially with full occupancy. Despite this, we would definitely return.

Probably the best hotel in downtown Kingston. They have a restaurant, cafe and pool bar. There are a day's worth of museums within walking distance, but if you're staying more than one night, you will probably want a car. Parking is available in the hotel garage for an additional daily fee.

My experience at the ROK was nothing short of awesome. I initially booked an Oceanview room and upon arrival which was my birthday the manager gave me an upgrade and the view was breathtaking. My room had a living room 😁 definitely a must for me for future stays in Kingston. Absolutely loved it and the staffs were so friendly and welcoming, i thought it was just the seasonal spirit.

The room must have been recently painted because there was a strong smell of acrylic paint and the window could not be opened to let fresh air in, also the room was terribly cold when I arrived and it took hours before the temperature was comfortable, because the window cannot be opened

This hotel is really amazing and I am only give a bad review because of one incident that really shouldn’t happen. This occurred in the cafe of the hotel they up people who is not from the island. For me 1500 for a beer and for my brother 300. SMH this in my opinion was crazy. But really over all the staff was really friendly. The hotel was really clean and fun. I’ll won’t be back.

Location is close to craft market & good food place. The neighbor is not safe, too many homeless persons in the area. We attempt to take a walk & had to return to the hotel it’s unsafe.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The food was great . The valet people was very courteous. My only recommendation is to have a microwave in the room. I would have liked to watch you tube on the tv but it was not available. However, whenever i return to the area this will be my hotel.
