HORRIBLE MOTEL STAY

Nothing!

Cancelation fees. Deposit fees. No ice machine, no remote for 32 in telephone, all cabinet drawers were off hinges, stayed open constantly, deposit not put back on card immediately like was told to me. Never will stay there againHO

I found roaches in the bathroom and they advertised a pool and before booking did not let us know the pool wouldn’t be swimmable and that’s the ONLY reason we booked this location and probably won’t ever again it was disgusting on the inside and smelled like cigarettes so bad it gave me a head ache all night

The heated pool was clean and nice

I booked a two room suite arrived to be told no suites there had to share a room with my sister and her husband not all the lights worked in the room the refrigerator did not close all the way

this place is like the Wish version of the hotel off the shining… what you see in pictures IS NOT what you’ll get. defin

it gave my immune system the chance to strut its stuff and made me feel fortunate to have never lived in a trap house

HA. hahaha. ha. the fact that I booked it? the sketchy lobby should have been the dead give away what we were getting into.

There was no breakfast...

Everything could of been better literally everything....pool wasn't in use...mold n bathroom..hair under bathroom sink from someone shaving..TV was on when we first entered room...side doors don't work u can literally push them open...glass in parking lot...no vending or coke machine...microwave coffeepot don't work have to go downstairs to use microwave n get coffee...had to go down n ask for towels n they were handed to me unfolded with the guy telling me they r clean just not folded...volume on TV don't work...carpets thru out the entire place are filthy... ceiling tiles r missing...black ring in the bathtub...bathtub doesn't drain...in second room I booked it doesn't even have a microwave or mini fridge no rod n closet to hang clothes...I could go on n on

Poor stay

The staff was very helpful and tried to make my stay comfortable.

The bathroom toliet was dirty and had mold on it. The security of the outside doors was bad as well!!
