This house was perfect for the occasion and everybody enjoyed the holiday get together. Plenty of room and a nice neighborhood for talking a walk after the festivities.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location is close to the downtown area.

Perfect for us to visit family in the area. Great location, beautiful home, lots of room for our family to come visit. We even put a puzzle together that was there. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. Plenty of blankets, sheets and pillows. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed having a home to stay in and it was very clean. The only problem was that not all of the rooms were separate. There were two rooms that were together and you can only get to the one by going through the other room.

The house accommodated the two of us and our daughter’s family of four very comfortably. Plus there was plenty of room during the day for our Oklahoma family of six! The location was close to stores and services. The house was equipped with all the amenities. Next time we visit, we plan to stay there.

Neat old house with plenty of room, however…not real kept or clean (little piles of small dead bugs on kitchen floor, sugar ants crawling on kitchen counters and in living room, toilets would run off and on, mens boxer briefs randomly thrown under sink in upstairs hall bath, smoke alarms in upstairs bedrooms appeared to not be in working order which is a safety issue). Rented it to have a comfortable place to stay with our family, including our 3 month old grandson, and it was real hard to feel comfortable and relaxed with all the issues.

My friends and I were in town for a golf trip. The house was perfect for us. We all spread out and has plenty of room. The host was very nice and even went out of her way to make sure we got back an item that was left behind. Hopefully we can stay here every year.

The home was very comfortable and clean and the location was perfect! Able to walk to downtown restaurants and it was a lovely 30 minute drive to Pawhuska! Neighborhood was nice for early morning walks!

Home had everything we needed and then some. Very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Nice neighborhood for walking and close to fun restaurants downtown. Short and pretty drive to Pawhuska / Tallgrass Prairie preserve and all the fun things to do there and in between. Enjoyed the added Pioneer Woman touches in the home!

Home was in a cute neighborhood felt safe walking around at night. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching birds and fireflies. The house was well stocked AC worked beautifully and never ran out of hot water. Much better than a hotel stay for sure.
