Abitazione ampia e con un bel terrazzo panoramico, posteggio interno disponibile e spazio esterno con comoda doccetta. Dotazione della cucina completa, c'è anche la lavatrice; zanzariere alle finestre presenti. Mare pulito con ampia spiaggia libera e lido attrezzato (con ampio posteggio a pagamento) a circa 450 metri.
Letti un po' scomodi, e solo due stanze sono dotate di condizionatori. La casa avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto i bagni. Curerei un po' di più la pulizia generale dell'immobile; inoltre ci sono molte zanzare e qualche formica di troppo anche dentro casa (ma tutt'intorno c'è verde, quindi ci può stare...). Il mare si raggiunge anche piedi in poco meno di dieci minuti, ma la salita al ritorno è stancante.

La villa era fornita di tutto, molto comodo l'accesso al mare anche senza mezzo di trasporto. Nonostante il caldo la villa è ben ventilata ed è dotata di tutti i comfort nonchè di ampi spazi esterni. Host molto disponibile.

Great location and a large spacious apartment.. Owner was quick to sort out issues.
Tired decor. The whole property needs a paint and the appliances need updating. Great terrace but impractically small kitchen. Living room needs better selective lighting and a newer TV
