- Location: Just opposite to the railway station and around 5 mins walk to the bus station which can direct you to small towns/cities for day tour, like Siena, Pisa, etc. Though surrounded by the main streets, the room is actually very quiet, we could barely hear anything outside either during the day time or at night.
- Apartment: Modern style, well equipped and very spacious. The sofa bed is quite comfortable of queen size - this beats most of the apartments available at Booking.com where the sofa bed is usually a bit smaller and shaky for a teen to sleep over.
Overall we could never ask for a better place for a short stay in Florence esp. in the peak season.
If the host can leave more rubbish bags in the apartment, say one bag per day of stay.

The apartment was clean and as described. Everything was working fine
Nothing really.
The only negative side was about the transportation system of Florence was not apparently integrated into google maps, hence we had to walk to / from the apartment each time (20-30mins each direction). But obviously this has nothing to do with the apartment itself

Location
Noisy. There's a rumble every time the surface rail passes, and you hear most of the cars.
Inside, besides the exterior noise, the bathroom exhaust make such a rattle that it's impossible to sleep if anyone is in the bathroom.
Very very very slow and akward elevator, so much so that we ended up using the stairs all the time.
Not very well cleaned, the bathroom exhaust is filthy.
The internet is a joke. It's shared with some other apartment, many times it just doesn't work, and the rest of the time it's slow.
The host doesn't seem interested in answering questions. I asked him about an extra bed, he said it's not possible, I counter argued, no answer.
