Sunray is a 2022 Surveyor Legend 19MDBLE travel trailer. It is designed for couples or families who want a comfortable base camp when adventuring away from home. The roomy interior is very functional and has seating conducive to socializing. Windows on all side of the slide-out dinette provide a great view and plenty of ventilation. Seating consists of a sofa with a queen pull down murphy bed behind it and a large u-shaped dinette (convertible into sleeping space). There is abundant interior storage space under the sofa and the dinette seats. The queen Murphy bed is comfortable, and you'll have a nice view out the front window of the RV. Bunk beds in the back of the unit round out the sleeping accommodations. The bunks are "oversized" (44"x74") and can support up to 250 lbs. Each bunk can easily hold two children. The bunks have a privacy curtain, lights, and power outlets. There is storage space beneath the bottom bunk. The kitchen area includes a 12-volt 8 cu ft refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, and flip-up panel for extra counter space. It is stocked with a coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. A kitchen tool kit is provided including measuring cups & spoons, basting spoon, slotted spoon, turner, spatula, steak knives, can opener, peeler, and a variety of utility knives. A propane grill and work shelf can be rail mounted on outside of the RV. The insulation makes it cost efficient and easy to keep the interior temperature comfortable in both warm and cold weather. The 80-watt solar panel, lithium battery, and water tanks make boondocking practical. Renter is responsible to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper operation may result in damage and renter will be liable for repair. * Late pickup/return fee applies if more than 1 hour late. * Dump fee will be applied if any tank is not empty at the time of return. * Campsite setup/breakdown addon can only be used in conjunction with delivery. * Dump fees are waived when using delivery AND setup/breakdown addon. * Be aware of height restrictions of tunnels, etc. during RV transport. * No climbing on the roof! Except to clear debris from the slide-out. * Only use the gas mixture provided for Predator inverter generator addon. * Ensure RV doors are locked when RV is unattended and during transport. Awnings/Slide-outs * Ensure plenty of space for awning and/or slide-out. * Retract awning during heavy rain/wind, at night, and when not present at the campsite. * Do not make any adjustments to the awning arms/supports. * When provided, renter must use slide-out support jacks. Smoking/Drug Use * No smoking or drug use inside RV. Evidence of violation results in holding full deposit until the RV is professional cleaned. Professional cleaning cost will be deducted from the deposit before release. * Avoid smoking and open flames near propane tanks or external propane connections. Pets * Pets allowed only if indicated in the RV listing and pre-approved by the owner. * Renter must declare pets at or before time of booking. * Allowed pets are dogs and/or cats ONLY; max = 2; BYO pens and/or litter box. * Pets must be kept in a pen/crate while sleeping or when unsupervised inside RV. * No pet weighing more than 100 lbs is allowed. Combined weight shall be under 125 lbs. Transport/Travel by the Renter * Renter is 100% responsible for paying all tolls, traffic fees, speeding fines, etc. * Renter is responsible for tire damage repair cost.
