Die Lage war einfach ganz besonders. Etwas abgelegen und daher sehr ruhig, mit direktem Zugang zum Torre di Manfria hinter dem Garten und Zugang zu sehr privatem Sandstrand darunter (Der ausgeschilderte Pfad dorthin bergab erfodert allerdings ein paar Minuten und ist nicht Flip-Flop-geeignet!), den man sich nur mit Leuten vom Nachbarhaus und schreckhaften gelben Krabben teilen "musste".
Der Pool war sehr groĂ, der gesamte Poolbereich sehr groĂzĂźgig, und konnte auch abends mit schĂśner Beleuchtung unbegrenzt genutzt werden!
Die Auswahl beim FrĂźhstĂźck war nicht riesig aber ausreichend, dafĂźr war der Ausblick Ăźber den Pool hinweg zum Torre di Manfria und zum Meer vom Ăźberdachten FrĂźhstĂźcksbereich drauĂen ein Traum, und die Gesellschaft zweier super-lieber Hunde (wobei direkt bei Ankunft vorab gefragt wurde, ob es in Ordnung wäre, dass diese beiden Hunde der Besitzer frei auf dem Gelände laufen, sonst wäre dies unterbunden worden, so hat man sie aber auch nur beim FrĂźhstĂźck zu sehen bekommen).
Zudem hatten wir ein ebenerdiges Zimmer zum nĂśrdlichen Garten hin, was super war um sich im Schatten des Hauses ein bisschen zu entspannen.
Alles war sauber und die ganze Besitzerfamilie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wenn man in die Stadt wollte, war Gela mit dem Auto nicht weit, auch fßr Ausflßge nach Piazza Armerina (Casale Romana wirklich sehr sehenswert!) und (wenn wir da nicht frßher schon gewesen wären) Agrigento sehr gut geeignet.
Leider hat es immer ein wenig nach altem Zigarettenrauch gerochen, wenn man ins Zimmer kam, mutmaĂlich kam dieser Ăźber die Klimaanlage. Im Bett sank man leider sehr tief ein, während die Kissen recht dick und hart waren. Und der Safe wäre wohl recht schnell entwendbar gewesen, wenn es jemand darauf angelegt hätte.

We loved the private beach and the pool. We rode there on our bicycle trip around Sicily and beach and pool were just what we needed to relax. The property is also very modern and clean and in a quiet rural setting away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city of Gela, but a short car ride away to go into town for dinner. Our hosts Luigi and Giuliana were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Great place!

Eravamo in appartamento con due ampie camere matrimoniali ognuna col suo bagno e con un piccolo soggiorno con angolo cottura compreso di tutto (anche di lavastoviglie).
Posto tranquillissimo, molto raccolto e con tutto a portata a pochi km.
Il silenzio del luogo è una delle prerogative.
Colazione molto buona e con buona scelta.
La piscina è il posto dove rilassarsi senza soluzione di continuità .
La spiaggia si raggiunge con una camminata di qualche minuto ed è praticamente ad uso esclusivo.

Non c'è una cosa che in particolare non ci è piaciuta...
