Amir is a dynamic and young host. Is there for any assistance. You sent the cab for pickup from railway station and sense the pickup boat from the banks to the houseboat anytime you wanted. He has a dedicated dining hall and a big hallway where you can sit in relax and at least it doesn't people can chit chat peacefully. He has cab service that takes you to wherever you want. The new houseboat is strategically located near the beginning of the Dal lake. Be had an excellent stay.
The boat house is parked in the second line not visible from main Dal lake.

We had a wonderful time at New World. Aamir was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. They have a boat that takes you from the ghat to the property, and they were always ready to ferry us whenever needed. The room was beautifully arranged and spotlessly clean. Plus, they offer to arrange Shikhara rides and cars at very reasonable rates.
There were some power outages at night, and it got a bit hot and stuffy without the fan, but that was due to the weather. Other than that, we had no issues at all.
