Manzoor and his staff bend over backwards to cater to their guests needs.I am so sad to leave as they all make you feel like family.Chachoo palace has on of the best locations in shrinigar I really enjoyed sitting in the garden area watching the lakeside life and activities while eating the very tasty food on offer I enjoyed the food so much i ate all my meals in shrinigsr at chachoo palace. Of all theplaces i have stayed at in 42 years of travel and 150 countries chachoo palace ranks in the top 3 I cant wait to come back

The service and room were quite good. The staff were friendly.
We had one breakfast from them. It was horrible!

good staff service, it is a very quiet place for rest & holiday, it is nearby the lakeside & has a very good view. staff helped to arrange transport to Sonamarg & palhagam which is very convenient for us.
the location is a bit out of town but this is the place i love most, quiet, not much noise like in town area. staff is very helpful & environment is peace & beautiful.
