OUTDOORS: - Large and palatial, this private, gated estate has a salt water heated pool and is surrounded by extensive and lavishly furnished patios. - The grounds are a full half acre with mature trees and 200' of waterfront on the New River. - The very large covered patio has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a large seating area and an outdoor TV. - There is also a full dining area and an additional intimate seating area located just outside the second bedroom. - The dock has an additional seating area with a view of downtown Ft. Lauderdale and the New River with a cozy fire pit. - Fully gated entrance with parking for several cars. LIVING AREAS: - The formal living room has a vaulted ceiling, and is furnished with ample sofas and comfortable chairs. - There is an additional den area with a large TV and lots of comfortable seating. - Full outdoor living room with 2 sofas, chairs and TV. DINING AREAS: - Formal dining room seats up to 10. - Breakfast room with seating for 8 or more. - Outdoor dining area for 8 to 10. KITCHEN: - Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave. PRIMARY BEDROOM: - Magnificent Primary Suite occupies the entire second floor offering exceptional privacy, a king size bed and a large TV. - The adjoining seating area includes a morning coffee station so no need to go downstairs for that first cup. - The connecting bathroom with shower and tub has a full dressing area with a lighted makeup area. - There is a private balcony with seating. ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS: - Three large bedrooms all have queen size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and TV's with cable. - Fourth bedroom has a connecting outdoor patio, queen bed, TV and connecting bathroom. BATHROOMS: All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available. GUEST ACCESS: This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment. Dock is accessible and no dockage is available. The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival. Check in: 4:00 PM. Check out: 11:00 AM. Pac and Play and high chair are included on site. Air mattress available upon request. Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning. Twice weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Tuesdays and Fridays in the morning. This house boasts a 590 sq ft heated pool. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups. The city of Fort Lauderdale removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Monday night and Thursday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us. Cameras are placed outdoors only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and travelers.
