This apartment was a very convenient spot for 6 of us to stay. It is a close drive to the parks and to the rest of Orlando, and is easily accessible for ride share pick up. There is also a Walgreens, cafe and bakery that is a short and easy walk. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we could need for our stay. The building managers were also responsive - when there was an error with the check in code they were able to get us the updated information relatively quickly.

We had a funeral to attend and this place was perfect for our out of town family to gather and share memories. Having a 4 bedroom condo was a better option than separate hotel rooms. There was plenty of room for all. There could have been more glassware and some needed cleaning but overall I would recommend and would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was clean and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool and the location was great as we visited Disney World and Universal Studios. Dealing with the property owner was a pleasure. We would definitely look to rent this property again if we visit the area in the future.

This unit is GORGEOUS!! There’s so much space and is furnished beautifully!! Clean, decorated, everything you need, in a safe and beautiful neighborhood!! The owner is very nice! You can easily have 12 ppl stay here! There’s 4 bedrooms with king and queen beds, then a sofa bed!! RECOMMEND!

The property worked pretty well for us. It was a 4 bedroom and not a 3 thus we had plenty of room. The location was close to Shingle Creek golf course that gave us free club rentals since we were staying at Vista Cay. We were a couple of buildings away from the community pool thus a short walk. It was close a Publix and other stores / restaurants that we either walked to or took a short drive. I’m glad we had a car as we were able to go places other than just Disneyworld, It was also a short ride to ICON park that has free valet parking and we were able to have a great southern dinner at Brother Jimmy’s as well as, enjoy the rest of the park. It was also close to the fine restaurants at Pointe Orlando. We were able to drive to Epcot and it is a short drive to other parks like Sea World and Universal. We we’re able to get into the condo early which was nice after having an early flight and traveling with a toddler and an infant. I would definitely consider a return visit and stay at this condo or one of the others there owned by this host.

Unfortunately we were not impressed. -dusty blinds and cumbersome to use -dirty floors (feet were gross if we walked barefoot) -handle of toilet broke off in our hand (was replaced same day but the man had one in his truck so it is clear he replaces them quite a bit -rugs were filthy -bathrooms had soap scum and just all around felt old -paint coming off bathroom cabinets -keurig machine didn’t work well (needs replaced) -washer “knocked” with small loads -arrival was tough as the place smelled like the precious people were smokers. Property Mgr brought in an ionizer to make it right. Originally they were just going to place air fresheners around but I pushed for more. The owner of the property did not respond to any of my messages on VRBO. I was told “they have jobs other than owning these properties so they might not respond. However, I never heard from him and I asked for him to call me to discuss an adjustment in price due to the smoke issue. The whole experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this property. My friend across the hall had a lovely experience and her place was totally updated. Also, the pool patrol was off the charts. They monitored adults alcohol and wouldn’t allow people to bring their own. They wouldn’t even hand out cups of ice. Won’t be coming back.

Good location that is very close to the parks, condo was nice. Only complaint would be the few towels available were slightly damp upon our arrival.

Overall, it was a very wonderful property. There were a few minor things. For example, all of the dishes were dirty and there was a lot of dust. Unfortunately, my children and I are allergic to dust, and one of my daughters has severe asthma so that part was a bit of a struggle. However, overall, it was an amazing experience. The rooms were huge and beautiful, amenities were great and we look forward to coming back in the future!

We were here for a work trip, and it was great. Worked out perfectly for our group. We could walk to our conference (about a mile walk) with sidewalks most of the way. Love being able to share a space with friends and pay less than we would in a hotel and each have our own room. We had a broken hairdryer in the unit and we reported it to management and they replaced it the same day. Two notes: 1) The online listing for this place shows pictures of the community clubhouse as the featured, front page photos, which gives the impression that those are part of the condo itself. 2) We were there for 5 days, and only 3 trash bags were provided. The instructions we received requested that we take trash out daily, but by the end of the week we had no trash bags left to use. The information was very clear that no additional consumibles would be provided, so we did not call to request more.

My husband is in a wheelchair with ALS, and this location more than meets our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed, including space. I spoke with Tom before getting to Orlando; he was always more than ready to ensure we had everything we needed. It was excellent working with him. I should be back in Orlando sometime in 2024. I will try to stay at this location again.

We had a wonderful stay in Dec 2022 with family. Tom was very helpful and easy to work with. We had a request for additional coffee mugs and they were delivered the next morning. The room sizes, kitchen space, dining, and bathrooms were perfect for the 8 of us. Clean when we got there. Location was perfect because we wanted to do both Universal, which is super close and Disney, which is a little further but very convenient to get to. Grocery and restaurants not far either.

We stayed for a dance competition at a nearby hotel with other dancers and moms. The location was very convenient and the set up made the stay so much nicer than a hotel stay. The condo was clean, had great amenities and super comfy beds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and cooking and the washer and dryer in the unit was great to have. It’s just a few minute drive or easy half mile walk to a grocery store and even shorter to Chic Fila and a drug store right on the property.

Condo was perfect size for our family and close to everything. Pool was nice also. We had an issue with the dishwasher and called for repair. Someone came out that day and just told us to run hot water in sink before starting it. We ran it the last night but didn’t check to see if it worked. The only other issue was that it just wasn’t clean at all. Need to speak with cleaning crew.

Easy check in and check out process. Listing is straightforward and includes all the rental has to offer. Located very close to attractions in Orlando. Owner was very kind when we had an issue with checking in, property management office answered promptly during this issue as well. Very spacious suite. Plenty of room for all 8 of us.
