There is a Walmart, Sam's Club, Target and Publix Grocery store within five minutes. You can also arrange via Instacart to have your grocery order delivered on your first evening here. There is a strict maximum of seven vehicles-- you will park tandem deep in the driveway. No parking on street is allowed. 10pm-6am noise ordinance; absolutely no parties. Noise violations, excess vehicles or unregistered excessive guests (i.e. parties) will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments. Please note that the security deposit is simply a hold placed on your card at check-in and released a few days after checkout. It will not show up on your card as a charge or as a refund.
